The ICPSA has learned that Mr. Chris Colville of Coleraine, Cashel, Co. Tipperary passed away on 31st January last. Chris, in his 94th year, had a long association with the sport of clay pigeon shooting in Munster and was involved in his earlier years with Thurles and Crohane Clay Pigeon Clubs.

Monaghan Clay Pigeon Club will be running 50 ABT re-entry shoots on Saturday 6th and Saturday 13th February next on a handicap basis with class A + 0, B +1 , C + 2 and D +3. ...

The Olympic Trap Winter League shoots scheduled for Courtlough will not now take place but the venue will host a Registered OT shoot on 17th January. Mid-Ulster CTC will not be able to host the Registered OT and DTL shoots scheduled for 17th and 24th January due to the current severe weather conditions. The Leinster Sporting League shoot hosted by Ardee Gun Club on 31st January next will take place at Loughmourne Shooting Grounds.
