Eoin O'Malley was overall Garda High Gun

An Garda Siochana DMR (Dublin) Clay Shooting Championships was held in bright, warm, sunshine today at the National Shooting Grounds, Ashbourne.

With hardly a cloud in the sky, perfect conditions awaited the 33 squads of DTL shooters and 10 squads of ABT entries who took part in the event.

The Open DTL event saw an eight way shoot off for the Mick Gorry Cup and we congratulate Jackie Smith on a score of 100/299 for her first 4 rounds of the day .
