The John Howlin Memorial shoot will now take place at BMSC on Monday 4th June next and the South East Championships will take place on Sunday 27th May next and not as originally advertised.

Entries are now open for the Irish Open DTL Championships.  It is intended that the first wave will commence at 11am with a second wave at 2pm.  If more than 120 entries are received there will be a third wave starting at 9am.  Applications are now being sought from members interested in becoming members of the DTL Task Group.

The day was steeped in dry sunshine with a nice breeze coming in the gate to keep the targets interesting and a total of 12 squads took part in the 50 target DTL competition.

Superintendant Jim McGowan representing the Garda Sports Body (Coiste Siamsa) was in attendance to present the prizes at the end of the day.

An Garda Siochana CPC would like to thank everyone who supported the event and the following who supplied valuable prizes for this shoot; Mr. Jim McGuinness, Mr. Robert Johnston, Mr.Neil McCannand Mourne SG.

The next An Garda Siochana CPC shoot is the Dublin Championships which will take place on Saturday 8th September next and everyone is welcome.
